HJC Mi Shabarech Form ( Prayers for the Healing)
On Shabbat and holidays, we offer the Mi Sheberach blessing for those in need of healing (physically, spiritually, and emotionally). Rabbi Rosin will ensure that this blessing is said for you or your loved one(s) on Shabbat morning and holidays. If the need for support or prayers is immediate, please contact the Rabbi at rabbirosin@hjcny.org
When completing this form, please be sure to provide your loved one's name in English and Hebrew (if known).
The names will remain on the list for Sixty (60) days. You may resubmit your request if you would like us to continue saying the blessing.
Please notify us if your loved one's name should be removed from the list before sixty days by sending an e-mail to dhoppe@hjcny.org or by calling the Main Office at 631-427-1089 x10.
The Mi Shabarech List will be printed each week every Thursday, please place your submissions no later than Wednesday of each week, if possible. If you need to submit a name past Wednesday, please contact Diane in the main office at 631-427-1089 x 10, and we will gladly add your loved ones name to be read from the Bima.
